Reporting channel for whistleblowers
As a company, we place great value on transparency and integrity. We encourage whistleblowers to get in touch with us if they have any concerns regarding violations of legal regulations, breaches of our internal policies, or any other issues. On this page, we offer you the opportunity to report indications of suspected violation of regulations in the areas of public procurement, financial services, product safety, transport safety, environmental protection, food safety, animal welfare, public health, consumer protection, data protection and corruption, among others.
We are aware that whistleblowers can provide us with valuable information that helps us improve our processes and fulfill our responsibility as a responsible company. We take reports seriously and ensure that whistleblowers are protected through our Whistleblower Protection Act compliance program (HinweisgeberInnenschutzgesetzt (HSchG) referring to the EU Whistleblower Directive (2019/1937/EU)).
Our Whistleblower Protection Act compliance program is based on clear guidelines and procedures that ensure prompt and appropriate handling of reports. We treat all reports with the utmost confidentiality and ensure that they are only accessible to individuals who are necessary for processing the report. We commit to reviewing all reports and taking appropriate corrective actions to ensure that our processes adhere to the highest ethical standards.
